The Seaweed Man

During Literacy when were reading a story called The Patupaiarehe and we needed to put the following words: Phosphorescent, emerge and eerie.
It was a dark, gloomy night on Dead Man’s beach where the waves were pounding onto the lifeless sand and there was only the night of the light house. I was lying underneath a coconut tree when suddenly the waves stop pounding and the light house flickered off and then there was a phosphorescent glow came from the shadow of the last pounding wave then. Slowly a figure emerged from behind the light house with seaweed all over him.

Nikiian this is a really great use of the words assigned in the task. I am so pleased with the way you are exploring language and painting fantastic pictures with your words. Think about the way you can start applying these elements into your stories. Start jotting down some story ideas in a note book for future use.
